Our client seeks a Head of Risk & Compliance to join their team. Role Profile: This position plays a crucial role in safeguarding the Company's integrity and reputation within the sector. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will lead compliance oversight, risk management, and policy implementation, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Compliance oversight Risk assessment and mitigation. Reporting & documentation. Team leadership and stakeholder communication. Policy development & implementation. Responsible for monitoring legal, regulatory and industry changes and work to support the Board to ensure that these changes are reflected. Act as Money Laundering Compliance Officer, if required. Key Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of regulatory compliance. Solid experience within the legal and/or TCSP sectors would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
