Key Responsibilities:
1. Computer-Based Exam Setup and Management
Set up and manage computer-based exams, including ACCA on-demand and quarterly exams.
Oversee scheduling, invigilator training, and exam room arrangements.
Coordinate with PSI and other exam providers to ensure smooth exam processes.
2. General IT and Technical Support
Address IT issues, coordinating with Morton on technical concerns.
Manage Zoom links, download/upload of Zoom lessons, and ensure resources are accessible on MyMPES.
3. Classroom, Course, and Exam Preparation
Arrange classroom setups and prepare materials for exams and training sessions.
Assist in setting up and managing all courses on MyMPES.
Maintain the Course Materials folder in collaboration ensuring all resources are current and accessible.
4. Student Enrollment and Database Management
Enroll students on MyMPES and ACCA platforms.
Input student attendance and update database records on MyMPES accurately.
Maintain records on MyMPES, including updating D&Bs, mock timetables, and checking questions/mocks for accuracy.
5. Marketing Support and Website Management
Manage and update MPES and IPA websites.
Maintain marketing folders, assist in all other marketing activities, and develop new courses, such as CII.
Collaborate on launching and marketing new courses, ensuring information is well-organized and accessible.
6. Result and Feedback Management
Input and track exam and mock results on MyMPES and ACCA Education Hub.
Organize and input feedback forms as well as MyMPES questions.
7. GDPR Compliance and Data Protection
Serve as the primary contact for GDPR compliance, registration, and information commissioner requirements.
Regularly update procedures and ensure data handling is GDPR-compliant.
8. General Administration and Team Coverage
Scan receipts, correspondence, and documents for reporting purposes.
Provide office coverage for Will, Nicky, and Tom when they are out of the office.
Take responsibility for MyMPES 2.0 administration and support the development of procedures.
