As a Company Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's team with a variety of administrative and statutory tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our team with statutory work and ensuring smooth operations within the company. You will be responsible for preparing documentation, managing payments, and directly liaising with clients and intermediaries. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will ensure the smooth operation of the company's administrative processes.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of offshore trust and corporate structures, and proficiency in various banking systems.
