What does your job involve?
I am responsible for promoting and managing the World Lottery Club in Poland.
My duties involve anything from operations, managing our marketing processes as well as creating new growth strategies. Recently our products have made a lot of positive noise on social media worldwide, and it feels great to be a part of it!
What prompted your move to the Isle of Man?
I had a couple of friends living here already and after visiting the island on my summer break from university I liked it so much that I decided to stay for good.
What is your favourite thing about the Island?
It must be the scenery – nothing beats nice walks down the beautiful glens during the summer months. People are also very friendly and this makes the Island very welcoming.
How has your move to the Isle of Man benefitted you?
It has secured greater stability for my family and allowed me to learn a lot of exciting trades, from payroll, through to bullion trading and now e-gaming – one of the most exciting and rewarding industries I have ever worked in.
On top of that, I have recently been selected to represent the Isle of Man in basketball during the 2017 Island Games in Gotland. It will be my second tournament at that level and I couldn't be any prouder to be able to represent the 'Three Legs of Man' once again!
What are your ambitions for life on the Island?
I am looking to buy my first property on the Isle of Man, and start a family with my beautiful fiancé in the near future.
What would you say to others considering a move to the Isle of Man?
Don't think twice. The Isle of Man must be one of the nicest places to live and work in the whole of the British Isles. You will never look back.
How does the Isle of Man differ to where you have previously lived?
Due to the Island's size, there is little competition in whatever you do – this makes it easier to flourish. The Isle of Man is also a very safe place to live.
