Technical Vendor Manager

Duties will include:
Manage supplier segmentation, materiality reviews, and risk positions to ensure vendor alignment with strategic priorities.
Lead service reviews, track spend in partnership with finance, and support special measures or service improvement plans where needed.
Collaborate across IT, procurement, service management, and risk functions to ensure seamless service delivery and governance.
Provide support during major incidents and change management scenarios, escalating to vendors when required.
Stay informed on industry trends, potential supplier alternatives, and emerging risks across the tech vendor landscape.

Ideally you will have
Experience in vendor management, procurement, or supplier relationship roless”ideally within financial services or a regulated environment.
Strong working knowledge of procurement best practice, governance, and risk processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple stakeholder levels.
Organised, proactive, and analytical mindset with a proven track record in service excellence and commercial awareness.
Familiarity with Office 365 collaboration tools is essential.
Previous experience with outsourced environments and large-scale transformation is highly desirable.
