Sales Team Member - Ramsey Store

The full-time position entails 37.5 hours of work per week, spread over 5 days Monday to Saturday, working between 9:00am to 5:30pm. Saturdays are on a rotating schedule, and extra hours, including Sundays, may be required during busy periods or staff leave. The role involves working in our Ramsey store and focuses on enhancing the in-store customer experience through excellent service. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, restocking and merchandising, maintaining store cleanliness, and covering various customer service roles, including electronic till operation and product promotion. Computer skills are not mandatory, as training will be provided. All team members must adhere to store standards and policies. There is a one-hour unpaid lunch break between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm for shifts over 5 hours. 30 Days Annual Leave (20 Holidays + 10 Bank Holidays). 5 days sick pay after probation.
