Replacement Scheme Manager for the Port Erin-based charity Southern Befrienders working from our offices in Thie Rosien.
The principal responsibilities will be managing the day-to-day affairs of the charity, supervising and supporting colleagues, liaising with the Board and developing further a proactive communications and fundraising strategy.
The Scheme Manager needs to understand the needs of older people; have excellent written, spoken and digital communication skills; and be able to work without close supervision. This is a part-time role of fifteen hours per week. The role holder will usually be able to select the days and times which they work.
