Court Security Officer

Bidvest Noonan is seeking Security Officers to join our fantastic teams. Based at the Isle of Man Courts of Justice you will be responsible for the safety and security of the building and its users. Using an Airport style security approach, you will monitor the entrances to the Courts of Justice building and ensure that personnel and their property are searched prior to being authorised access. The role will involve regular foot patrols of both the internal and external areas of the building, monitoring footfall and holding records of relevant note for admin use. You will be responsible to monitor the in-house CCTV systems for any disruptive or escalating behaviour and will be trained in the skills to deal with all conflict and resolution. You will be a patient person with excellent communication skills and the ability to build a fantastic relationship with both our client and service users of the Court Building.
