This is an exciting role for a Junior Operations Manager based at the Sefton Hotel, but may also cover the Palace Hotel. We have a variety of bars, restaurants and functions that you will run and oversee. You will also act as duty manager for the hotel. You must have experience of working in a hotel or catering environment at a supervisory or junior management level. You must have excellent customer care skills and have experience in food and beverage service. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can multi-task effectively, be enthusiastic and have a willingness to lead by example. The working hours are shift based and will include weekends.
