We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a residential care home on the Isle of Man. You'll oversee the home's compliance with all relevant Isle of Man Government regulations and CQC-equivalent standards, ensuring quality and safety at every level.
You'll take the lead in reviewing and updating individualised care plans, working closely with families and professionals to ensure each resident's needs are met. Financial management will also form a key part of the role, where you'll be responsible for managing budgets and contributing to the ongoing financial sustainability of the home. Experience managing budgets and leading services is also essential.
