Our client is seeking a highly skilled CSP Client Relationship Manager to join their team, where your expertise in managing HNW/UHNW clients and delivering tailored corporate solutions will be critical to success. About the Role: This position is dedicated to professionals who thrive in the CSP sector, leveraging their deep understanding of trust and company administration to cultivate long-lasting relationships with key clients. You will play a pivotal role in achieving business development targets, enhancing service delivery, and contributing to the organisation's continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Strengthen Client Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, including HNW and UHNW individuals, ensuring exceptional service delivery and proactive relationship management. Drive Business Development: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand CSP service offerings, fostering new client relationships and achieving annual revenue and growth objectives. Deliver Specialist Solutions: Utilise your extensive CSP expertise to address complex client needs, providing bespoke advice and seamless execution of trust and company administration processes. Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with all relevant regulations, particularly in areas such as AML and trust/company legislation, ensuring operational excellence and risk mitigation. Lead Client Engagements: Facilitate client meetings, oversee transactions, and produce high-quality documentation, including resolutions, agreements, and minutes. Mentor and Guide: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior colleagues, sharing best practices to support the delivery of exceptional client service within strict deadlines. What You Bring ;Extensive CSP Experience: A minimum of 15 years' experience in the Corporate Service Provider industry, with a proven background in trust and company administration, specifically for HNW and UHNW clients. Sector Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of UK and offshore trust structures, as well as corporate governance, UK tax regulations, and relevant compliance frameworks. Strategic Insight: A proven track record of identifying client requirements, delivering tailored CSP solutions, and driving sustained revenue growth. Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders and clients. Professional Qualification: A Masters degree or equivalent qualification, demonstrating your advanced knowledge and commitment to professional excellence. Organisational Skills: A highly systematic and detail-oriented approach to managing workflows, transactions, and deadlines, even in high-pressure environments. Why This Role?
