We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of People and Culture to join our senior leadership team. The HoPC will be responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of people, culture and human resources management within the organisation. This position will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's goals, fostering a positive organisational culture and ensuring operational efficiency for the people function, as well as assisting HODs to achieve the same resort-wide.

The HoPC will drive key HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with IOM employment legislation.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Relevant qualification in HR or Business Administration e.g. CIPD. Proven experience in a senior level people management / leadership role. Experience of developing, implementing and embedding people-focused strategies to deliver organisation goals, including recruitment, retention, employee development, performance and employee relations. Experience of leading on diversity, equality, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives. Excellent understanding of IOM employment laws, regulations, and best practices. High levels of personal integrity, discretion and confidentiality; operating as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, in particular with statutory and contracting matters. Excellent communication, organisation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in designing and delivering learning and development programmes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Competent using MS Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Member of CIPD. Previous people management experience within the hospitality industry. Experience of using HR software systems e.g. BrightHR. Experience in change management and organisational development.

Salary comensurate with qualifications and experience.
