Cafe Assistant / Barista

We're looking for a skilled Barista to join our Front of House team at our cafe in St. Johns.
You will be serving quality coffee and and home-cooked food to the best standards with great customer service. You will help assist with day-today operations of the front of house and kitchen. Your energy will drive the business forward and you should have a sound knowledge of food and drink.
A day at Greens is one of variety, and excellent customer care. You will be required to multi-task, as we are a small time and at busy periods it is all hands on deck. You may be expected to help in other areas of the cafe when needed.
Key responsibilities will include: confidence in dealing with members of the public, going the extra-mile when serving customers, fast thinking and the ability to react to changes in customer volume through the day, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks, maintain an approachable and friendly manner, provide consistency, maintain health and food safety standards.
