As General Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire the front & back of house teams to deliver exceptional service.
Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Maintain high food & drink quality standards and ensure excellent guest experiences.
Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
Lead marketing initiatives to attract both locals and visitors.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and employment laws.
Who You Are:
Passionate about hospitality, with a background in managing restaurants or premium bars.
A natural leader who can develop and motivate a high-performing team.
A hands-on operator, happy to be on the floor engaging with guests.
Financially savvy, with experience in P&L management and cost control.
