Seasonal Property Assistant (June - September 2025).
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team for the summer season.
The role will support the company through our busiest period through until September, working from our office in Castletown, our housekeeping unit in Balthane Industrial Estate and our properties Island-wide.
The role will involve approx 24 hrs per week, 4 days a week including each Saturday.
Regular Key Tasks:
Providing logistical support to our housekeepers around the Island, delivering items to our properties island wide using company vehicle.
Heading out and about around the island meeting or assisting guests other team members and performing property and cleaning spot checks.
From time to time assist the housekeeping team to ensure properties are clean and guest ready.
Ensuring our housekeeping unit is well stocked and functioning.

Skills and Qualifications.
Whilst no industry experience is necessary for this role and it would be an ideal role for a student or individual looking to gain experience we are looking for someone with a few of the following attributes:
Good IT skills - able to use a mobile app and other communication tools.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to deploy them in an unflappable manner.
A full driving license.
Driven attitude and strong work ethic.
A genuine enthusiasm for the Isle of Man and all it has to offer.
