Tax Manager / Senior Tax Administrator

Our client is seeking a Senior Tax Administrator to join their team. You will provide support and guidance in tax matters to the wider team and monitor developments in IOM, UK and international tax regimes to ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities File personal, trust, and corporation tax and VAT returns for IOM and UK clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submissions Liaise with fiscal authorities where required Fulfil complex technical duties with precision Respond to ad hoc tax queries from internal and external parties, including trustees, directors, and clients. Ensure service standards and company policies and procedures are adhered to. Use best judgement to highlight and report significant matters to the Tax Manager. Maintain exceptional levels of service at all times, with an emphasis on adding value Support and develop relationships with the wider team Key Skills & Experience Minimum of 3 years experience in a tax services environment A professional qualification such as CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA, or similar relevant qualification would be an advantage Current and high-level awareness of local and international tax legislation and practices Good understanding of complex and offshore tax structures Possess excellent communication skills enabling effective contact at all levels, both internally and externally Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy Good knowledge of relevant computer applications High degree of flexibility and willingness to help others Friendly and professional manner
