Our client seeks a Temporary Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Distribution and collaboration of Questions and Business. Maintaining the filing of all manual and electronic records, including archiving documents. The organisation of meetings, sending Outlook invitations, preparing and circulating paperwork and room preparation. General office administration including: photocopying, document preparation, processing mail, project administration support and dealing with queries. The retrieval of background information, e.g. files, emails, reports, as directed. Oversight of shared email inboxes - categorisation of such and onward distribution of various correspondence as required. Taking of notes for meetings.
