We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced individual to join our team. This is a varied and interesting role where, reporting to the Town Hall, you'll take the lead in overseeing the maintenance of all public spaces, CTC Housing properties and public Highways.
You will be required to oversee and supervise work crews, manage contractors and direct work programmes over a range of areas including the development and upkeep of hard and soft landscaping, Refuse and Cleansing Services, inspection of public sector properties and maintenance of parks, gardens and open spaces.
A flexible and professional attitude to work is required as is a robust knowledge of health and safety legislation along with the ability to keep accurate and complete records.
