To ensure safety of the client's throughout the night. To support with client personal care if required. The successful applicant should have a minimum of one year experience working in the care industry. Qualifications are desired but not essential as full training will be provided. The successful applicant must be willing to travel to various locations around the island. Due to this being a sleep in role, a drivers license is not essential but is desired. The successful applicant must be able to produce 2 recent references and complete an enhanced DBS. The successful applicant will be required to uphold the professionalism of the company and carry out person centered care, be willing to complete all mandatory training in line with R&I minimum standards.
