Business Development Officer

The role involves identifying and establishing relationships with stakeholders, developing and executing business growth strategies to onboard new clients and partners, researching and analysing market trends and competitors, and working closely with the team to manage marketing campaigns and promotional strategies. Additionally, the Business Development Officer will represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and business expos, assist in preparing proposals and reports, and monitor sales performance, user engagement, and partnership success. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and good organisational abilities. Mandarin-speaking and writing skills are preferred.
