Our client seeks a Senior People & Culture Advisor to join their team. Role Profile: Responsible for providing support to ensure the effective delivery of people and culture initiatives and administrative services in line with company policies, legal requirements and best practice. The role serves as a pivotal link between operational People & Culture processes and strategic initiatives, supporting in achieving its goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide advice and support on employee relations matters ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures in line with employment legislation. Champion group schemes and Employee Assistance Programme designed to support employee wellbeing. Design and analysis of people related data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and to support data driven decision making. Utilise People & Culture systems to streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities. Source and analyse benchmarking data to ensure the data is fully understood and interrogated to better support remuneration decisions and retain talent. Provide reporting and analysis on training undertaken across the business. Main point of contact for the half yearly and annual external audit process. Support the monthly administration cycle for payrolls in all jurisdictions. Support the management of group schemes in all locations including renewals, administration and periodic reviews of the benefit proposition to ensure we have the right benefit programme in place to support employee wellbeing. Manage relationships with external suppliers, including payroll and group scheme providers. Support delivery of reward and recognition initiatives to enhance the employee experience. Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including design of role profiles, benchmarking, advertising and interviewing and selection processes. Support hiring Managers to assess candidates through a structured interview process aligned to equality legislation and best practice across other jurisdictions. Coordinate recruitment campaigns through various media platforms, promote the group brand. Key Skills and Experience: Experienced People & Culture professional with a minimum of 3 years experience & Demonstrable experience in data analysis and interrogating data to extract insights and drive informed decision-making. Strong knowledge of employment legislation; Working towards or CIPD qualified; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discretely. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience in payroll processes; Ability to manage and prioritise own workload in a fast-paced environment and be able to make decisions within the remit of their role; Knowledge of salary benchmarking and benefits administration; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Highly self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service; Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization; System Knowledge Competent in Microsoft applications: Including Word, Outlook, Power Point and SharePoint Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
