Regional Manager

LV Care Group are looking for a Regional Manager to oversee the management and delivery of high-quality care across the Group's Care Homes and Home Care, within your designated region. They will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, while maintaining a positive, supporting, and safe environment for residents, clients and staff. The role will involve strategic oversight, leadership, and ensuring continuous improvement in care standards.

Key Responsibilities include:-
Provide leadership to a team of care home and home care managers, ensuring they are motivated and supported in delivering high standards of care.
Lead, mentor, and develop staff to create a positive and high-performing culture.
Ensure that the care home/home care within your region, operate efficiently and meet all key performance indicators and service standards.
Ensure all care home and home care under your management comply with the regulations of the jurisdiction working in and other relevant legislation.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, safeguarding procedures, and quality standards as outlined by the Isle of Man government and the Regulation and Inspection Team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and provide guidance to care home and home care managers on compliance matters.
Oversee and assist in the inspections conducted by the Regulation and Inspection Team, addressing any areas of non-compliance with an action plan and ensuring successful follow-up.
Ensure that the care homes and home care maintain their registration status with the Regulation and Inspection Team.
