This position would suit a person with 2 to 3 years insurance experience (ideally in a captive insurance environment), who works independently under moderate supervision. Reporting to the Head of Insurance and providing a high level of service to assist the Insurance Manager, duties would include:
Reviewing of claims and claims bordereaux.
Drafting insurance and reinsurance contracts, policy endorsements, extensions and cancellations on contracts.
Preparation of Board packs.
Responding to client queries.
Assisting the Insurance Manager throughout renewal processes.
Liaising with brokers, service providers and auditors.
Strengthens and maintains relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth and retention.
Full training will be given, and also the opportunity to study towards professional qualifications.
