Due to expansion, Cowley Groves are looking for an additional Lettings Negotiator within our Property Management Department.
For this role, we are looking for somebody with the following skills and experience:
Confident in a customer facing role and an ability to build relationships.
Passion and knowledge for the Island, its property and people.
Well-organised team player who is able to work to targets.
Social media literate with a keen eye for spotting and fulfilling business opportunities.
In possession of a full driving license and vehicle for work purposes.
