We are currently looking to recruit a chef for our 4* Claremont Hotel & Coast brasserie. Ideal candidates must have experience in working in a busy kitchen that produces exceptional food with the finest fresh ingredients. Preference will be given to candidates that have pastry experience & will be able to head up the starter & dessert section & take responsibility for our afternoon tea offering.
