Manx Independent Carriers are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a small team. You will be responsible for the following tasks: Managing incoming phone calls, keeping records of customer interactions by email, Managing the front desk, performing basic support tasks, handling customer complaints, while providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and following up to ensure a resolution. r

You will be expected to follow our communication procedures, guidelines, and policies at all times. r
