Ensuring delivery of excellence in customer service throughout our branches. Managing and leading a team of customer service staff in delivering exceptional customer care. Monitoring performance and ensuring excellent outcomes. You will require advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills along with good time management, proven experience in conflict resolution, ability to arrange appropriate training for team members, possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Confident in the delegation and monitoring of projects/tasks to appropriate personnel. Build positive professional working relationships. Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, SharePoint and social media platforms. r

Monitoring debt throughout the practice, handling complex account queries and reconciliation of accounts, proficiency in payroll software and financial tools, attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, prepare, collate and process monthly payroll reports and expenses, undertake submission via local payroll software. Must have proven experience in a finance or accounting background with the ability to undertake weekly, monthly and annual finance reports, ensure the smooth running and processing of invoices raised along with process of purchase invoices. Ability to meet set targets and deadlines. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI. r
