Working with colleagues across the business, ensure that the digital experience (DX) our clients have is the best it can be, reflecting their needs and wants as well as technological advancements. This will include existing technologies such as our online banking platform and app, live messaging service, and identity verification tools, plus potential future additions to the technology suite.r
