Collation of meeting packs and taking of minutesr
Diary and event management for local leadership teamr
Assistance with preparation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations for the leadership team as requiredr
Assisting with salesforce administrationr
Assistance with travel arrangementsr
Support with remediation projects as neededr
General secretarial support to the Directorsr
Reception cover for holidays and sicknessr
What will you need to succeed in this role?r
r
As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:r
r
Previous experience in a similar roler
Ability to deliver to deadlinesr
Ideally possess working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and Navision (desirable) r
Personal attributes which would be seen in the ideal applicant include;r
r
Good organisation, time management and communication skillsr
Strong interpersonal skillsr
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsr
High level of attention to detailr
