Our client seeks an Administrator to assist their team on a 3 to 6 Month contract. Role Profile: Within this key role you will undertake confidential and sensitive casework and as such you will exhibit diplomacy and discretion at the highest level. You will provide administrative support to the team and support the delivery of the statutory functions. You will have a central role in supporting this function and will often be the first point of contact for Visitors. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining and monitoring an accurate cash flow Completion and submission of Returns. Reviewing incoming bank statements and reconciling with cash flows. Preparation of any necessary correspondence Preparing draft letters to incoming correspondence for approval and preparing cheques for signature. Ensuring payments are made on behalf of clients. Completion of applications. Ad-hoc delivery of correspondence Maintenance of relevant files and records within the practice management system, including archiving, scanning and shredding as necessary. Supporting the operation of reception, including answering enquiries, greeting clients and visitors. Issuing, checking, and collecting visitor badges as necessary. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning and printing. Answering enquires by telephone or email. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties. Sorting and distributing mail. Scheduling appointments. Receiving and responding to enquiries. Processing and preparing documentation. Processing annual reports and accounts submitted for filing, applications Key Skills and Experience: 5 GCSE's at grade C or above (one of which must be in Mathematics) or equivalent qualification. Previous experience within a financial environment with a knowledge of basic accounting/ bookkeeping skills. Experience of implementing and reviewing administrative processes. Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team Previous experience within a financial, compliance or similar role within a regulatory sector environment. Have a demonstrative proficiency of Microsoft software, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. Prior experience working with a case management system. Ability to work under pressure maintaining a high level of attention to detail, meeting deadlines with ease. Have a confident friendly manner with a strong focus on customer service. Good organisational skills/time management. Have experience of working on a reception
