Senior Accounts Assistant

Callin Wild is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. We have a small but busy accounting team and you will play a vital role in supporting the finance team, ensuring the smooth running of accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a similar position previously and has familiarity of accounting software. If required, training will be given on our specific programme which combines Legal and accounting areas. No qualifications necessary but experience is essential. r

Key responsibilities:r
r
Maintain accurate financial recordsr
Process daily receipts, payments and invoicesr
Daily bank account reconciliationsr
Recording of daily transactions for multiple accountsr
Following Compliance procedures carefullyr
Producing and sending various reports r
Monitoring a large volume of Client mattersr
Communicate with suppliers where necessaryr
Upload supplier invoices when receivedr
Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as requestedr
Working closely with colleagues regarding financial transactionsr

Skills and experience:r

Proven experience in a similar accounts assistant or senior role. r
Attention to detailr
Good communication skillsr
Good problem-solving skillsr
Can work well in a team environment and as an individualr
Good organisation r
Can manage own time and tasks effectivelyr
Basic knowledge of Word and Excelr
Ability to work independently and use own initiative and as part of a team. r
Accurate filing abilityr
Excellent confidentiality awarenessr
