Our client seeks a General Insurance Clerk to join their team. Role Profile: Interacting with clients providing quotes, incepting policies, MTAs, endorsements, claims, and cancellations. Key Skills and Experience: Experience in general insurance or commercial insurance. Ideally knowledge of Open GI system, and experience with alternate systemsCert CII or higher desirable ( studying toward )Ability to work both in the branch and be rotated through the call Centre. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Excellent Customer Service skills.
