We are seeking a Lending Specialist to join our team in the Isle of Man, supporting the management of our loan book through underwriting, monitoring, control, and documentation. As part of Nedbank Private Wealth, an award-winning private bank and wealth manager, you'll contribute to achieving lending targets, managing credit risk, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The role requires strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a good understanding of retail and private banking. Ideally, you'll hold a Certificate of Mortgage Practice (CeMAP) or equivalent and have experience in finance or banking, particularly in lending or credit.
