Our client seeks a Reconciliations Administrator to join their team for a 6 Month Contract. This role involves managing the reconciliation of cash and stock, ensuring discrepancies are investigated, documented, and resolved, while staying up to date with systems, products, and training to uphold the organisation's values and performance standards. As a Reconciliation Administrator you will be a key member of the team, performing your tasks to a high standard within all regulatory requirements and timeframes. Key Responsibilities: Complete reconciliation of the stock and cash positions using interfaces, web sites, and/or statements within the specified timeframe and on-going basis. Maintain accurate records of reconciliations that have been matched. Investigate and document any reconciliation differences and refer to the relevant departments/senior colleagues to ensure differences are resolved within agreed timeframes. Escalate reconciliation differences to senior colleagues when required. Maintain accurate records of reconciliations that have been matched. Maintain your knowledge of local regulations specifically relevant to Reconciliations. Follow internal procedures relevant to Reconciliations. Assist and support the Line Manager when appropriate. Attend any training as recommended by the Line Manager and complete any relevant qualifications to develop knowledge and skills. Maintain a very good knowledge of systems and products. Reconciliation and oversight of the delivery of global operational services relating to cash and stock positions. Support team when required by completing tasks within the Cash & Stock Reconciliations check list. Maintain your knowledge of local regulations specifically relevant to Reconciliations. Follow internal procedures relevant to Reconciliations. Key Skills & Experience: You must be detail orientated, with a high degree of accuracy. Have strong IT skills are required in all Microsoft applications. Good knowledge of Excel would be advantageous. Possesses strong communication skills (verbal and written) in relation to complex queries. Have strong analytical skills. Able to work as part of a team & independently. Exhibit creativity and a flexibility approach. Be an excellent critical thinker & have problem solving skills and have strong organisational and time management skills, requiring minimal supervision.
