System Support Engineer

The system support engineer will be responsible for ensuring maximum possible service availability and performance. They will analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response on the network and systems and will communicate with various stakeholders and track problems through to resolution. Required skill set includes knowledge of Domain Name System and managing Domain Names, basic knowledge of Linux Systems, Web Servers Apache and NGINX, basic knowledge of Internet Protocols, cloud technologies and ITIL methodology. Further requirements are good communication skills, willingness to learn new technologies, ability to understand operational work processes and ability to perform 12 hours rotating shift patterns. Chinese speaking would be an advantage.
