This full-time role involves overseeing compliance across categories 3, 4, and 5 regulatory requirements, ensuring policies, processes, and procedures align with the Isle of Man's regulatory environment. You will manage regulatory scanning, maintain compliance documentation, and contribute to committee meetings, potentially acting as committee secretary based on experience. The role also involves deputising for the Group Head of Governance Risk & Compliance (Chief Compliance Officer) as required.
