We have a part time admin position which will be available from January 2025. This would suit an ambitious person ideally with admin skills and some office experience. r

This is a new role being created to assist and free up some time for the Finance Manager. The position is temporary/ongoing with an open view of possibly becoming permanent should this work well long term for both parties.r

Minimum rate will apply initially on a Zero hour contract. Hours can be adapted to suit the right candidate but within 9.30am – 4.30pm.r
Candidates will be entitled to 21 days holiday pay plus Bank holidays.r

The role will involve inputting purchase invoices into a costing software (Cypher - we will train the candidate), general admin, answering the phone, greeting customers, assisting the Finance Manager with adhoc duties etc.r

As this is a new role, the job description will grow as time goes on if a suitable candidate is found.r
