Our client seeks a Client Administrator to join their team. The Opportunity: Our client, a friendly and close-knit team based in Douglas with a 35-hour week 9-5 pm, specialises in the TCSP sector and prides itself on building lasting relationships with clients. You'll be part of a supportive environment where your contributions directly benefit clients across a diverse portfolio of industries and jurisdictions-keeping your work engaging and varied! Role Profile: This role's main focus is to administer a portfolio of mixed client entities, providing an excellent service to lead directors and clients directly, whilst complying with all pertinent rules and legislation. Liaising with banks, brokers and other relevant parties involved in the client relationship. Key Responsibilities Have a clear understanding of a portfolio of clients, including their overall relationships within structures and with regard to jurisdictional and regulatory requirements. Produce board minutes, resolutions, agenda and other client documents as required. Monitor client cash flow, debtors, and assist with invoicing and collection tasks to strict deadlines. Bill accurately for time charges to clients on a daily basis. Prioritise work tasks switching from task to task when other matters take precedence. Completion of annual reviews, admin reviews and client risk reviews including resolution of all outstanding action points. Ensure that internal policies and procedures are observed and followed in your work. Compliance with all statutory requirements including filing of annual returns (AR) and ensure all client entities within own portfolio of clients are in good standing. Have an understanding of financial statements including resolution of any outstanding accounting enquiries to enable financial statements to be finalised, and tax returns completed within required deadlines Key Skills & Experience: Part qualified ICSA or STEP3 or more years TCSP experience managing own portfolio of clients. System proficiency. Previous use of Viewpoint would be an advantage. Excellent attention to details and good organisational skills. Proven track record of taking ownership and meeting deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively and adopt a solution-based approach to problems when communicating with clients and colleagues.
