Job Purpose:
We are seeking a well-organised Personal Assistant to manage administrative tasks and assist our directors.
Location:
Our central office is located in Douglas, Isle of Man.
Key Responsibilities:
Diary Management: Schedule meetings and appointments for the directors.
Travel Arrangements: Organise travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Document Preparation: Create reports, presentations, and documents.
Administrative Tasks: Manage filing, data entry, and office supplies.
Task Management: Prioritise and manage day-to-day responsibilities.
Event Planning: Assist in the organisation of internal and external events.
Client Liaison: Communicate with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the directors.
Office Management: Ensure the office is fully equipped, tidy, and ready for daily operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong communication skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Work Schedule:
