The above group of companies are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage and coordinate varied and important commercial responsibilities on a range of construction projects. These will include;r
r
- Overseeing and facilitating the procurement and purchasing of materialsr
- Managing the preparation and submission of monthly valuations r
- Managing and coordinating subcontractor packages r
- Communicating and liaising with various client and design teamsr
r
This role offers the chance to work in an accommodating environment, both site and office based, and carry out the above responsibilities whilst reporting to the commercial director. r
r
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the construction industry, and hold a full driving license. Previous Quantity Surveying experience is required. This is a full time role is based in our head office near Mount Murray. r
