Receptionist Our client is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join their team on a 3 month contract. The successful candidate will primarily manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Set up meeting rooms for various events and appointments. Monitor and replenish office stationery supplies as needed. Assist with general administrative tasks as required. Key Skills and Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in basic computer applications. Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred but not required.
