The candidate must be over 18 due to late night working and Insurance requirements. Must hold full clean Driving licence, be available to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun), Bank Holidays and School Holidays between the hours of 15.00 - 04.00. Must be available to work on Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and other bank holidays. Catering experience is desirable, knowledge of Douglas area including street names will be helpful. The position requires the individual to work till very late at night (finishing 4am on weekends), the individual must make their own arrangements to and from work.
