Are you passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences? Join our team as a Receptionist (Day/Night)! We are seeking friendly and professional individuals to manage our front desk operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

What You'll Do:
The Receptionist (Day/Night) is responsible for delivering outstanding guest service through efficient check-ins, check-outs, and accurate handling of room assignments and payments. They manage reservations, cancellations, and provide prompt, courteous responses to guest inquiries and requests. This role involves overseeing front desk operations, including phone correspondence and record maintenance, while ensuring smooth communication with other departments. Additional duties include offering concierge support, assisting with special events, and performing routine checks of the lobby and reception area for cleanliness and security. Night shift responsibilities also include breakfast setup, monitoring guest safety, and handling emergencies per established protocols.

What We're Looking For:
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Ability to deliver exceptional guest services with a friendly and welcoming personality.

Schedule: 5 day, 8 hours shift including weekends and holidays.
