Comis Hotel and Golf Resort is seeking an experienced Financial Controller. In this role you will lead the finance team, oversee financial record keeping, prepare and present detailed financial reports, manage payroll/VAT and work closely with the hotels management in delivering business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in accounting or finance and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. You will be accountable for the overall finance function of the business. You will supervise and lead staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Evidence of managing accounting processes, excellent analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software are essential. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. Base Salary:
