1st Care at Home are looking to recruit part-time community support workers to join our friendly team based in Douglas to help deliver high-quality person-centred care. The successful candidate will demonstrate integrity, kindness, and genuine commitment to working with adults in the community. No experience necessary as full training is provided. Offering excellent rates of pay and benefits, we are seeking colleagues to assist our clients with all aspects of independent living. Supporting our clients with their personal care needs, management of medication through prompting, preparing and cooking meals etc. Able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must have a current driving license, own vehicle.
