The candidate must be enthusiastic about creating a unique and exciting experience in the Hospitality Industry in a newly opening restaurant in the south of the Island.
Responsibilities include management of restaurant and bar operations, staff management, a warm customer service style and a strong work ethic. There will be scope to grow within the business and personal development including training courses.
