Our client seeks a CSP Manager to join their team. You will provide technical advice on trust and company matters, support client relationships and new business development, while fostering a commercially aware, efficient, and proactive team culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships with guidance from an Engagement Lead or Lead Director. Use best judgement to highlight and report significant matters that require the attention of the Lead Director and/or the Board. Proactive awareness necessary to ensure the effective and efficient day to day management of client relationships. Provide an ongoing and consistent high level of technical support to Senior Managers and Leads alike Provide first hand guidance, training and mentoring of staff within the team. Maintain overall active control for WIP, billing, debtor management, whilst at all times ensuring these are maintained within the company's accepted guidelines. Understanding and assisting with KYC and due diligence requirements. Consider and report risk and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) concerns or issues. Dealing with incorporations and dissolutions of companies. Dealing with establishment and termination of trusts to include distributions when required. Place and remove documents from safe custody as required. Ensuring statutory forms are prepared, signed and filed in prescribed time frames and preparing and filing Ordinary / Special resolutions. Preparing correspondence for internal and external use with a focus on clarity and accuracy. Maintaining records of bank accounts and liaise with accountants to ensure financial statements are prepared. Providing the Directors with prompt and accurate information on company / trust activities and relevant supporting documentation for board meetings Key Skills & Experience: Minimum of five years working in a relevant financial services environment. Attained or working towards a recognised professional qualification eg, ICSA, STEP. Possess excellent communication skills and 'people awareness' combined with the ability to establish productive working relationships at every level. Demonstrate technical experience in the administration of trusts and offshore fiduciary structures with a focus on excellent service delivery. Proven management skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft computer applications and fiduciary management / data storage software.
