Role Overview:
The successful Account Manager will have a passion/hunger for building and developing effective client relationships and will recognise the importance of internal customers as well as external customers.
The Account Manager will work within a team aligned to our Business Development Managers and Partner Support team and will be responsible for forming, nurturing, and managing relationships with our partners and customers, ensuring that business targets are met.
The Account Manager will be energetic and dynamic working in a very fast paced, energetic and 'fun' environment. Whilst being able to professionally reflect their knowledge and experience in building and developing effective client relationships, the Account Manager must be able to work collaboratively and supportively within a small and competitive team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To meet all targets and goals for daily contact with Partners; addressing non-connecting Partners as appropriate.
Develop and increase the profitability of key accounts.
Carry out proactive management of customer Account Review.
Monitor and report on all aspects of the role including: New business/churn/renewal forecast, highlights, challenges, ideas, and opportunities.
Maintain and further develop trusted relationships with partners;
Ongoing management of partner requirements including challenges, issues, and resolution management.
Train, support and proactively manage the partner to ensure they are fully competent with our range of products.
Carry out and log scheduled ongoing Customer Account Reviews.
Identify and execute additional connection and upsell opportunities.
Communicate effectively with other levels of the sales team and other departments within the company.
Work closely with Partner Support to address partner issues.
