We are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our maintenance team at a private estate in the Isle of Man on a full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking full range of regular and one off horticultural tasks including, but not limited to, digging over beds and conditioning soil, weeding, pruning, hedge maintenance, lawn mowing, seasonal care and generally keeping the gardens looking and growing at their best.
You'll be able to: identify and treat pests and diseases
using environmentally friendly methods wherever possible, competently use a wide range of hand tools and garden machinery including ride-on mowers and specialist equipment, and keep within health & safety
guidelines.
You will bring at least two years' hands-on, practical experience in maintaining private gardens/estates, to a
high standard all year round. A clean driving licence is essential.
