Head of Managed Services

Responsibilities:
Draft, implement, and execute policies and procedures for the functioning of Managed Services
team.
Acts as a liaison between the Global Managed Services team and KIG Advisory Team.
Coordinate with the Service Line Leads to decide on probable clients.
Responsible for client on boarding, delivery and operational excellence.
Responsible for tools and technology required for the service teams to function.
Responsible for transition management.
Ensure Risks and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
Responsible for Talent management.
Periodically share progress reports with relevant KIG leadership teams.
Own business case in line with KIG ExCo approval and related budget.
The size of the team is dependent on the nature and complexity of the organization.
Maximum travel requirement 20% of the time.
Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related fields.
Proven experience in setting up and managing Managed Services business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of KPMG organisation, way of working and network.
Proven ability to direct remote teams and assure strong client delivery.
Experience running a similar operation.
Clear understanding of the Managed Services markets across KIG countries.
Clear understanding of service management framework.
Continuous improvement mindset to enhance services/reduce cost.
High people leadership skill , cross cultural experience.
